There are three Advanced Installer editions: Professional, Enterprise and Architect. Please make sure that you are creating a project supported by your license type. The type of the project can be checked by using the "Project" -> "Options" menu or by pressing Ctrl+P in Advanced Installer.

This may happen if the newer version is not supported by your maintenance plan or your subscription has expired. You can check which versions of Advanced Installer can be used with your license through the Customer Information page or by visiting your account.
