Package Serial Validation

Easily add serial number protection to your installation packages with Advanced Installer. Two custom and two predefined validation methods are available: server side validation, user defined validation, algorithm verified serials and predefined list of serials.

Server Side Validation

This is the recommended approach for validating a serial number. It offers the possibility to have server side validation using your own validation method.

User Defined Validation

This option offers you fully customizable serial validation.

Algorithm Verified Serials

The package will check if the serials pass a certain algorithm verification.

Predefined List of Serials

Each package will have one or more predefined valid passwords.
