Reports
Building packages can be quite challenging and complicated at times, this is why Advanced Installer offers a way to have an overview of your package content as well as creating reports to document the entire process.
Creating Reports
Project Summary
lets you get an overview of your package with information about Product
Details, Registry, Requirements and much more. Create the report by
using the Generate Report button; this will create a PDF, HTML or XML
file with the information in this view.
Repackager Summary
can only be accessed if your project is the output of
the Repackager. Here you can see all the information from the
repackaging process as well as notes taken with the Repackager
Assistant. To create the report just press the Generate report button;
this will create a PDF, HTML or XML file with the information in this
view.
Generate report
will
create the report for the Project Summary as well as the report for the
Repackager Summary.
