In the 3.7 and 3.7.1 version, the build fails for the java projects with
bundle JRE and multilingual options.
Reason:
There is an incompatibility issue between the bundle JRE option and the
multilingual builds.
Workaround:
Give up to one of those two options and reload the project.
We will fix this issue in the next release.
