.NET 4.7 Prerequisite

Is there any estimate on when .Net 4.7 will be available as a Predefined Prerequisite?

In the case of Windows 7 SP1, will the DirectX Components for WPF KB4019990 be available as a prerequisite as well (see Microsoft's general availability announcement)?

Hi Brandon,

The .NET Frameword 4.7 prerequisite is scheduled for the next release of Advanced Installer which should be available next month. However, we do not have any plans of adding the DirectX Components for WPF KB4019990 as a prerequisite as it will be available on Windows Update and Microsoft states the "within a month of being available, we expect that most Windows machines on the planet will have this component pre-installed".

This improvement has been added in version 14.1 of Advanced Installer released on June 30th, 2017.
