Error code 0xE000000C during update

Hi Advance Installer team

I am facing an issue during the update. (Advance Installer Version 20.8)
The updater.log file is attached in which we can see the error message : Update installation failed LastError: 0xE000000C but there is no info about this error on your Updater log page https://www.advancedinstaller.com/user- ... dater.html

I am creating an update file and MSI file for x64 OS.
When I check the registry paths, I can see the version key exists on this path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Manufacturer\Product

While on the following path, the manufacturer name and product name folder exist but Version key does not exist. means the product folder is empty.
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Manufacturer\Product

Please guide.
