Hello Mario,
I have further investigated this and indeed, you are right, starting with IIS 10.0, the "removeServerHeader" attribute was added in order to suppress sending the HTTP server header to remote clients.
We indeed do not offer the possibility to select his attribute when creating a new "Attribute Value". However, I have added this on our TODO list and hopefully this will be implemented in a future version of Advanced Installer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
All the best,
Catalin
