Installation error in VM environment

When I run the exe that I created using Advanced Installer in the following environment, an error occurs.
　vSphere Client version 7.0.3.01700
　VMware tools version 12.3.5
　Virtual OS windows server 2019

The error is as below

AI_WinOptFeaturesConfig returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)

Is it better to repack in a VMware vSphere environment?

Hello and welcome to our forums,

It is not quite clear to me when this error occurs.

Does this occur after you repackage an app using Advanced Installer and then try to install the package resulted after building your Advanced Installer project?

The error you mentioned would indicate an issue with the installation of a feature ("Prerequisites" page --> "Windows Features").
