Problem
After a "Modify" Maintenance Installation the View readme file checkbox is not shown
Steps to reproduce
- Create a new Advanced Installer Setup Project
- Open Dialogs > ExitDialog
- Open the Finish Actions tab
- Check the Show "View Readme" option checkbox
- Close the Select readme dialog with OK
- Build and run the project
- On Completing the Your Application Setup Wizard displays the View readme file checkbox. That works as expected

- Click Finish
- Run the project second time
- On the Modify, Repair or Remove installation dialog press the Modify button

- Continue until you are on the Completing the Your Application Setup Wizard dialog
- Bug: The checkbox for opening the readme is not displayed

I have raised the topic only because it is not exactly working as I have expected it.
