ASP.NET Core Launch Condition

Hello,

You provide .NET Core already as a Launch Condition. Could you also add functionality for ASP.NET Core as a Launch Condition please.

I will add this on our TODO list of improvements and hopefully this will be added in a future version of Advanced Installer.
