Check for drives larger than a certain size

I would like to add a control (possibly a VolumeSelectCombo box) to my installation that will list only the hard drives that are larger than 250 GB. And if there is only one drive that meets this criteria, I want to automatically set the dropdown control to that drive. Has anyone been able to accomplish this?

In addition, is there a way to exclude external drives from being included in this list? I set the "Removable Volume" and "Remote Volume" fields to false, but the external hard drive is still being included.
