Its ok, I already solve this problem.
Here what I do,
On Static Text subscribed Event,
Subscribe to: Display action text during install
Attribute to set: Text
Then I use VB Script to trigger Refresh the current dialog.

You can then call this script by placing an Execute custom action published event on dialog Init Events.
The browse button added the Refresh the current Dialog event.
The static text Property Name is set to "MYPROP"
The display text is: [APPDIR][MYPROP]
